Ever Tried Using Essential Oils?

I've been incorporating Essential Oils in my Facials, Reiki and Emotion Code Sessions and wanted to share their healing powers with you.

Essential oils are the natural, highly concentrated essences extracted from specific herbs in their living state for their healing capabilities.

Essential oils can be derived from plants, shrubs, flowers, grasses, fruits, bushes, seeds, roots, bark and trees.

My favorite right now is the Parasympathetic Blend from Vibrant Blue Oils. The parasympathetic state is the "relaxation" or "rest and digest" state that we should be in a majority of the time. All too often, we are not! A simple thing like running late can set off the "fight or flight" response. Simply breathing in the essential oil has a direct connection with the brain and can calm you instantly. You might want to keep one in the car;)

How I use itThe Parasympathetic Blend is most effective when dabbed behind the earlobes. This is where the vagus nerve starts and this nerve is directly responsible for activating the "rest and digest" response. It's that simple!
